· Having added confidentiality provisions
to its Charter in 2003, STANDARD TRANSLATION
has since guaranteed its clients full security
on any information they turn in for translation.
A confidentiality clause is incorporated in
every contract.
· Once the parties have signed a contract,
they may come in possession of information
deemed confidential by the other party. Any
information the client designates as confidential
in its order form will be treated as such
by STANDARD TRANSLATION.
· Each party warrants to the other that its
confidential information will not be disclosed
to any third party, and will be used strictly
for the purposes stipulated in the contract,
save as otherwise required by the laws of
China.
· STANDARD TRANSLATION is proud that, since
2003, it is authorized to handle information
designated as classified by the China government,
a privilege supported by national Security
Service License March 4, 2003.
· All new employees joining STANDARD TRANSLATION
are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Policy
of STANDARD TRANSLATION, binding the employee
to treat any client information they obtain
in the course of providing their translation
services as strictly private and confidential.
